Matthew

FOUNDER

Matthew is keen to showcase local ingredients and bring chef prepared meals to the Algarve through a meal delivery service. From this idea, Algarve Chef, Delivered was born.

Manuel

HEAD CHEF

Manuel is our fantastic head chef. He has been working in the industry for over 19 years and is dedicated in cooking fantastic food with hand-picked ingredients.

Joseph

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Joseph helps to make sure that you're enjoying our delicious meals. He also works closely with Manuel to bring new dishes to the weekly menu based on your favourites.

Sophie

DELIVERIES

Sophie is our deliveries manager, helping to make sure that your weekly meals are delivered straight to your doorstep on time every Monday afternoon.
