Creamy mushroom and lentil casserole with crushed new potatoes and buttered green beans (v) (gf)

Heating instructions:

Microwave - Remove the plastic lid, then microwave on a medium high heat in two minute intervals, checking in between, until piping hot all the way through. 

Oven - Preheat the oven to 180c. Remove the plastic lid, then heat in the oven for 10 - 15 minutes until everything is piping hot all the way through.
