Greek beef kofta with roast vegetables, herbed couscous and tzatziki

Heating instructions:

Microwave - Remove the plastic lid and tzatziki, then microwave on a medium high heat in two minute intervals, checking in between, until piping hot all the way through. Serve with tzatziki on the side. 

Oven - Preheat the oven to 180c. Remove the plastic lid and tzatziki, cover with foil, then heat in the oven for 10 - 15 minutes until everything is piping hot all the way through. Serve with tzatziki on the side.
