Greek vegetable skewers with aromatic couscous and paprika hummus (v)

Heating instructions:

Microwave - Remove the plastic lid, adding a splash of water to the couscous, then microwave on a medium high heat in two minute intervals, checking in between, until piping hot all the way through. Serve with paprika hummus on the side. 

Oven - Preheat the oven to 180c. Remove the plastic lid, adding a splash of water to the couscous, then heat in the oven for 10 - 15 minutes until everything is piping hot all the way through. Serve with paprika hummus on the side.
