Lebanese lentil stuffed aubergine with chickpea vegetable medley and a tahini yoghurt (gf) (v)

Heating instructions:

Microwave - Remove the plastic lid and pot of tahini yoghurt, then microwave on a medium high heat in two minute intervals, checking in between, until piping hot all the way through. 

Oven - Preheat the oven to 180c. Remove the plastic lid and pot of tahini yoghurt and cover with foil, then heat in the oven for 10 - 15 minutes until everything is piping hot all the way through.
