Penne arrabbiata with grilled courgette and parmesan (v)

Heating instructions:

Microwave - Remove the plastic lid, adding a splash of water to the dish and stirring well, then microwave on a medium high heat in two minute intervals, stirring in between, until piping hot all the way through.

Oven - Preheat the oven to 180c. Remove the plastic lid and cover with foil, then heat in the oven for 15-20 minutes until everything is piping hot all the way through.
