Pesto tofu salad with farfalle and summer vegetables (v)

Heating instructions:

This dish can be enjoyed warm or cold! If preferred, please follow the heating instructions below:

Microwave - Remove the plastic lid, adding a splash of water to the dish, then microwave on a medium high heat in two minute intervals, stirring in between, until piping hot all the way through.

Oven - Preheat the oven to 180c. Remove the plastic lid, adding a splash of water to the dish and covering with foil, then heat in the oven for 10 - 15 minutes until everything is piping hot all the way through.
