Tofu satay with sesame rice noodles, asian greens and spring onions

This dish can be enjoyed hot or cold as a salad.

Heating instructions:

Microwave - Remove the plastic lid, then microwave on a medium high heat in two minute intervals, checking in between, until piping hot all the way through. Drizzle the peanut sauce over the top and serve.

Oven - Preheat the oven to 180c. Remove the plastic lid, then heat in the oven for 10 - 15 minutes until everything is piping hot all the way through. Drizzle the peanut sauce over the top and serve.
